Designer Paper Bag

Hi Everyone, Lisa from Lisa's Craftoom here taking my turn this month. Thank you Pam for having me again. WOW, can you believe that Christmas is in 11 days. I'm still shopping, YIKES.

Well, I saw this cute bag on Angie's blog. I loved it because it is easy to make and you can embellish it any way you want to.

It starts off with a piece of Designer/Patterned paper 6" x 12". I scored it at 4", 5 1/2", 91/2" and 11", then I turned it and scored it at 4 1/2".

I folded all the scored lines, nice with a bonefolder.

I cut the smallest tab off.
I used score tape to adhere the sides together, that way it's stronger and it will hold whatever you put in it better.

I also used Score Tape for the bottom.

Now in Angie's video, she used an oval punch to make handles, unfortunately I don't have an oval punch, yet :), so I just used a circle punch.
Then I used red tulle to tie around the handle. I punched out a circle and handcut a banner and used Emma's All Around Christmas stamps.
You could put anything in this cute bag, candy, cards, a small gift. I think it came out cute.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by. I appreciate it.
