Happy Birthday Chick

Hi!  Lori here from ScrappinMyStressAway with a birthday card for my cousin Kristin.

First of all, I hope everyone had a great weekend!  If you celebrate Easter I hope it was hoppy (I mean happy)!!

As many of you know, my Gypsy girl is a little under the weather and won't cut welded items.  The good that came of this is I have been using my Imagine!!  I found these images from Imagine More Cards and cut them out.

I did not like the card the way it was.  I first cut the two pieces in half, but they were the same size and the blue did not show through.

I trimmed the lighter paper and inked the edges.  I tied a green ribbon around the blue paper.  I trimmed a beige piece of cardstock, folded it in half and adhered the papers.  I pop-dotted the sentiment

Here is my finished card for Kristin!

Thanks so much Pam for having me over to play today!!

  1. Very nice project! I just love my Imagine and the way you can make projects like these. Fast and yet not all the same as we all tweak them our own special way.

  2. Love the card. Shows that it is in the person's creativity it rests and the rest are just tools :). TFS
