Valentine Wall Decor

Hey Everyone,
LisaB here from Rather B Scrappin,

This month I wanted to show you how to complete a wall decor for a very reasonable price. 
I got all items at the Dollar Tree. 

I ended up not using any of the Ribbon, so this wall decor costed me $5

Isn't that monkey so cute??? The novelty debt card is also super cute!!!
