Guess what folks my 2nd Imagine conked

It failed to update the content part of it. firmware went on well but no content and so no using happy haunting. And then 4th time it went to the troubleshoot (which also can be got from cricut sync - Help ) it started and then it just shut off before completing the process and that was it.It goes on but all  I can see is the print,cut screen with that big ugly (yes I am in a foul mood and I am so soured that the bug is ugly. No cricket better come near me.I am in a swatting mood!! Grrrr...)
And yes called PC same old wait from 9:30 to 11:30 and then answered and put on wait while the person went to check. I do not know what as I could have told her.. but then came back and said expect within 48 hours which will be well tuesday by the looks of it and then 1 week for it to go and god knows how many weeks for it to come back!! And then heavy lifting again to 1st floor. Well I guess the Imagine should only be for weight lifters and not us scrapers. Most of us are 30 - 40 or older. Don't they know that?
I hate PC now so no touching G or E even.With my luck even that will conk!!

  4. So sorry to hear you were having so many problems with the I and PC service.

    I haven't been bitten yet to buy one and I'm so happy I have waited for them to get the bugs out before I even think about biting.

  5. So sorry to hear about that Pam. That just sucks! My replacement worked fine, but I do have to do an update and now I'm a little scared. I hope you do finally get this resolved soon. Maybe you can have Michael bring you a good one next Saturday when he comes in for our meet up! It's worth asking for at this point. Good luck.
