Guest Designer: Melanie from Everyday Cricut- Baby card made using Plantin Schoolbook

Hello, everyone!!

I am so glad Pam asked me to be a guest designer on her blog today! She asked me to make something using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge and I was more than happy to oblige!

Today's card is a 5" x 5" card that would be perfect for a new baby. I made mine for a baby boy, but with a quick color change it could easily be for a baby girl.

I used the cut on page 81 in your handbook and with the use of my handy dandy Gypsy, I welded a star in the middle.

Then I stamped this sweet little sentiment I got from Verve on a circle. I then backed that circle with a piece dark aqua glittered cardstock and popped it up with pop dots in the middle of the star.

I added a little bling to my sentiment because aren't most thing better with a little bling!

Here is the down loadable cut file : http://www.4shared.com/file/FCUWS2kN/little-star.html

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Also, thank you so much Pam for inviting me!!

  27. So sweet and pretty. I can see it as a baby boy's card and easily, a baby girl's card. And with a gender neutral card, it's just right for either.
