Since blogger has come with pages it is so easy to add the navigation bar under the header. Earlier - even as far as 3 weeks back we had to create our own static pages - editing the html code for this and then some more codes for adding a a gadget in the header and creating the navbar. But now this pages saves us all the hassle.
Since some asked me how to do this I made a short video on this. Hope it is helpful. Do ignore the top orange bar which has Home - as it is created by some other program I was trying. Have no fear that will not appear in your blog.
