  3. Pam, this is Carol in the UK (you sent me a message yesterday), I have tried to save a Gypsy file to DS but I do not have the Gypsy software on my computer. I cannot open the file to then 'save as' .cut file I hope this makes sense to you. Do you have to have the Gypsy software on your computer to be able to open the file in the first place?. I will send you the link to the MB for the ladies that were discussing your blog. Well done on your hard work.

  5. hello carol. You do not need a Gypsy to do that. Just check if the version or build of CDS. Usually even if it says no updates - there is. The version should be 1.0.31101.0. If not please go to cricut website and download the design studio update - install and then you will find the gypsy option in File options drop down.
